Any product bought from the Vestra online store can be exchanged through the online store only. The product must be unused, with its label and tags in their original condition. Exchanges apply only when we have delivered an incorrect order or the product is damaged.
For products bought at sale price, we do not offer exchanges or returns unless the customer receives a damaged item.
Exchange requests are only valid within 3 working days after the order is delivered.
