Refund Policy
Due to the exclusive and luxury nature of Vestra collections, refunds or cash returns are not entertained. Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
· The item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
· The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
· The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact
Vestra reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining our brand standards.
Exchange Conditions:
· Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
· Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
· Exchanges are subject to product availability
Exchanges are applicable in cases of:
· Size issues
· Faulty or damaged items
· Incorrect product delivered
Sale items, discounted products, and custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
